Our Vineyard Premier Room with a terrace was perfect! We were thankful that we had scheduled a very relaxing time the next day. We so enjoyed the private space that was provided to us on all of our tastings. It just made it all so very special. We also enjoyed getting to know the many hosts that took their time to be with us and to make our experiences so memorable. João was the best and we so enjoyed our time with him. Hi Rita - We had a great time last Friday in the Douro. Two highlights: 1) Our driver: He set the tone for the day as soon as he greeted us at our hotel. We loved him! So knowledgeable without merely reciting boring statistics that anyone can Google about the region. He was also very refined, which went along with the gorgeous Mercedes :); and 2) Lunch with wine pairing. The food, service, setting, and wine pairing were excellent - well worth it / exactly what we were looking for. If we ever end up in Portugal again, we will be sure to consider you for future tours.
