It’s very simple. You can use our Custom Tour Request Form to select our wine regions and experiences based on when and how you want to travel and feel. You have to select the wine region(s), date, a number of people, and budget per person.

You can also book one of our standard tours. You will find examples in each wine region.

You can always side-step our forms and example itineraries and get in contact with us by email, chat, or phone.

After you’re happy with your final itinerary, we will check our availability and confirm your trip. At this time a deposit will be requested. As you get closer to the departure date and have made your final payment, we’ll give you access to a roadbook with all the information you will need. If desired we can set up a pre-departure call to answer any last-minute questions.

You’ll have your initial itinerary within 24 hours.

First, we’ll set up a call to get to know you more. We’ll ask about your interests and how you like to travel, as well as discuss ideas for your chosen destination.

From here we’ll curate a tailor-made itinerary and send it over. You can then fine-tune your trip before confirming.

All of our trips are private, so you won’t be joining a group. To ensure you have a personal experience, your group will consist of you and your family/friends/colleagues, only.

We are specialized in any length or intensity. So if you’re looking for a 1-Day Tour or a lightning-bolt 30-Day Tour to the most important wine regions in our country, we can plan and manage it all.

Yes, absolutely. We’re flexible and understand that new ideas might come to mind as the weeks go on. We kindly ask you to book your extra service in advance in order to avoid this at the last minute.

Sadly we cannot. We can only add certain experiences if we’re also booking the vast majority of your trip – as this is where we can add the most value.

Alongside our support line and your personal Travel Expert, we have your private driver, your certified private guide, and partners who’ll run your holiday. We’ll make sure you’re introduced and that you have their contact details in your roadbook before you get there. We use Portuguese partners because they’re always best placed to respond immediately and speak the local language. They are extensions of the team in Porto and we’ve spent much time nurturing relationships with our partners to ensure you are really looked after and supported whilst traveling.

Our vehicles are recent and in excellent condition and fuel-efficient.

We support biological agriculture, so we include in our itineraries sustainable and locally grown food.

Yes! Some of our guests are Vegetarians or Vegans. There are replacement options for food restrictions or vegetarians. You only have to advise us if you have any dietary restrictions, limitations, or preferences. We’ll ask you to be as specific in that as possible. (For example, if you are vegetarian, let us know if that means you do not eat meat and poultry but you do eat fish, only legumes, etc.) We then pass that information along to our guides and restaurants so that you do not have to worry about it during the trip. We can accommodate most dietary requests, so please do not hesitate to let us know so that we can make your trip exceptional.

We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your trip, though we are not allowed to offer recommendations about which providers to choose. But if you do have any more general inquiries then please do drop your Travel Expert a line.

You can pay for your trip by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or bank transfer.

Unfortunately, we are not able to give price breakdowns as we receive contracted rates from our suppliers and these are therefore confidential. However, we will always endeavor to give you the clarity you need so you feel comfortable confirming your trip with us.
