Recent on the Michelin list, with one star, this luxurious restaurant, located in the Palmares Ocean Living & Golf resort, serves as a fine dining complement to the Clubhouse restaurant. With the famous bay of Lagos, on the right, and the estuary of Alvor, on the left, the restaurant offers diversified meals provided by chef Louis Anjos. The restaurant promotes “tasting moments” of local products, in a gastronomic visit experience in the region's culture.

A Ver Tavira

Recent on the Michelin list, with one star, this restaurant has a more traditional face and modern decor, with one of the best views over the city of Tavira. Based on Mediterranean and Algarve cuisine, the menu, created by chef Luís Brito, features several fresh suggestions for starters, such as smoked mackerel with black garlic, black lemon and caviar, prawns with onions, and marinated beef loin, curry, and caviar. 

Vila Joya

With two Michelin stars, we present Vila Joya. Located in Albufeira, integrated into a hotel unit, and was the first restaurant in the country to achieve a couple of stars. It is also an Austrian chef, Dieter Koschina, who is at the helm of the kitchen. was considered the best restaurant in the world by the World Culinary Awards.
