Here, you may find the picture-perfect family house – Casa do Rio. Just near the riverbank, is this small house where tranquility and recollection are an irrefutable invitation. The accommodation unit is prepared with two double bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, and a large patio.
Passing the Village of Ventozelo, on the way to the river, we find the largest House of the Estate – Casa Grande. In it, there are six superior double rooms, with a private bathroom, arranged around a central cloister, through which the light invades the entire space. With a library, living and dining rooms, and a private pool overflowing over the Douro River, this is the perfect option for a memorable group stay.
No matter the age, within this property you may find lots of activities. You can choose between wine tastings, learn about the history of the place at an interpretive center, do one of the seven hiking trails (with audioguide), and do Nature tourism activities in general. If you're lucky, you'll set your sights on the birds, wild boars, foxes, and other animals that surround the property. During pandemic times, the ex-libris are the delicious picnics prepared by the hotel restaurant, ideal for families or more romantic stays.
Sublime Comporta - a Parallel Universe of Your Own
